What is a Personalized Gifting Concierge?
A Personalized Gifting Concierge is a service where you will work with me, Sophie Rychalski to brainstorm and curate gifts for all your life events. Unsure what to bring to an engagement party, baby shower, or housewarming? I can help with these events and more! I call it "personalized" because I will get to know the people who you are gifting for and I will work to find a gift that will truly be perfect for them.
Why should I hire a professional gifter?
I think you mean "what am I missing out on NOT hiring a professional gifter?" In all seriousness though, how does it sound to never stress about what to gift someone ever again, have all your gift brainstorming and shopping done in 75 minutes or less, consistently wow your gift recipients year after year, and get time back to spend enjoying holidays and celebrations with your friends and family? Pretty phenomenal, in my opinion!
What can I expect when I book a session?
When you book a session with me, you will get an email confirmation of your session from Acuity. You will also receive a gifting survey of 5 questions. The purpose of this is to get your creative juices flowing so that we can have a productive session. Please fill out one survey per individual or event you are planning to discuss in our session. During our session, we will discuss your survey(s). Following our session, you can expect to receive 3-10 links of items I recommend for the individual or event we spoke about.
Do you offer returns, refunds, and appointment cancellations?
I get it, time is valuable. In working together, I want to build a relationship with you where we respect each other's time. I offer the option to cancel up until 72 hours prior to our session and, in the case you need to reschedule, I kindly ask that you do so more than 24 hours before your session. If I purchase and wrap or purchase, wrap, and deliver your gifts to you, I can not offer returns.
How close to a holiday should I reach out to work with you?
I kindly ask that you book a session with a minimum timeframe of two weeks between the session and the holiday or event you are shopping for on a regular basis. Christmas, however, please book as early as possible as I will stop taking Christmas clients the 20th of December.

The gifting process is one of my favorite things, but I recognize that brainstorming and shopping for a gift for other people can be tricky. This is why I have decided to put my services to good use, and help others find gifts that show the people in our lives they matter.
